Use JADE's Case Law Visualisations Tools to quickly and easily identify and analyse relevant cases.
With your primary case selected in the JADE Browser, locate the feature icons at the top left of the page and click the visualisations icon represented by three circles arranged in a triangle.
- Similarity Tool: Quickly identify cases with shared citations and catchwords.
- Precedent Tracker: Get a snapshot of all the citing authorities of a given case.
- Parallel Citations: Map subsequent cases which share citations, even if your case is not actually cited.
